Component Mandi — Member Network Platform

By registering for and using the Component Mandi Member Network platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Platform.
This Platform is intended strictly for business-to-business (B2B) use — including Individuals, Companies (OEMs, EMS providers, distributors, and similar), and Channel Partners engaging in genuine industrial component sourcing, surplus inventory recovery, and related business activity. You represent that the information you provide during registration is accurate and that you are authorized to register on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.
Registration does not guarantee access. All memberships (Individual, Company, and Channel Partner) require review and approval by the Component Mandi team before becoming active. We may request additional information or documentation (such as GST certificates or authorization letters) to verify your application, and may decline any application at our discretion.
We collect personal and business information from you — including but not limited to your name, contact details, company information, GST and identity documents, and (where relevant) payment details — solely to operate the Platform, verify members, process approvals, and facilitate genuine business activity.
Confidentiality of Business Data: Any inventory sheets, Bill of Materials (BOM), or business documents you share with us are treated as strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, trade, or publicly expose this information to third parties without your explicit agreement, except where required by law or necessary to facilitate a transaction you've authorized.
Data Security: We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to sensitive information within our team is limited on a need-to-know basis.

If you no longer wish to receive promotional communication, you may contact us at info@componentmandi.com to opt out — this will not affect essential account and transaction-related notices, which we may still need to send you while your account is active.
As part of our verification process, our team may contact you by phone to confirm your registered number is genuine and reachable. This also serves as an opportunity for us to personally welcome you to the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may deactivate your own account at any time from your dashboard, subject to a grace period during which you may resume access. Component Mandi also reserves the right to deactivate or block any account, with a stated reason, if we determine it necessary to protect the integrity, trust, or security of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any change, you may deactivate your account as described above.
The Component Mandi name, logo, brand identity, and the structure of our platform and listing formats are the intellectual property of Component Mandi and/or Anjaneya Automation Works. No part of this may be copied, scraped, or used to build a competing service without prior written consent.
Component Mandi facilitates connections between businesses but is not a party to transactions between members. We make reasonable efforts to verify members and listings but do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of any information provided by other members. Component Mandi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
